OYO 780 Hotel Nirvana Palace

The location worked well for us, with cafés, Lakshman Jhula, Ganga Ghat and restaurants all within walking distance. Two-wheeler parking is available, though four-wheeler parking is a bit farther away. We paid a budget-friendly price even though it was peak season in December. We only stayed one day because of other plans, but really loved it. The place has a palace feel, with beautiful paintings, unusual architecture and antique-style details. The room was fresh, spotless and well kept, from the sheets and towels to the bathroom and curtains. The AC, charging points, dryer, tea and coffee maker and lights all worked perfectly. Basic amenities like food, laundry and room service were available and ran smoothly. Staff were polite, professional and quick to respond. Hospitality: 9/10. Service: 9/10. Cleanliness: 10/10. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would definitely come back. ✨

The restaurant was quite good, with reasonable prices and a nice view of Janki Jhula at night. I'd eat there rather than get food outside. The hotel is also close to parmarth niketan and Janki jhula, and the spacious rooms and service were good.

Ananya at the front desk made my stay more comfortable and pleasant. She was welcoming, polite and professional, handled everything smoothly, and patiently answered my questions. She was helpful throughout and always greeted guests with a warm smile.

The hotel is near Triveni Ghat, the auto stand and the bus stand, so getting around is easy. It offers a peaceful, comfortable stay away from busy places like Laxman Jhula while still being conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, and the prompt, courteous staff are always ready to help. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a central spot without the crowds. 😊😊
