The peaceful setting at Phool Chatti Resort, with the river sounds, mountains, and greenery all around, made for a refreshing stay. Our clean, comfortable room had a beautiful nature view. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the hospitality made the stay memorable. There was a great variety of delicious food, too. We found the property well maintained, with a lovely riverside setting. It would suit a family holiday, a quiet break, or a special celebration. I'd happily come back. Thank you, Phool Chatti Resort, for a memorable visit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rishikesh.

I had such a great time with my friends. The staff were really friendly, and I loved the view so much that I wish I could wake up to it every day. The rooms and cleanliness were both 10/10, and so was the food. Definitely recommend visiting this resort 😍😍

This is feedback from someone who has genuinely loved coming to your resort over the years. We have visited Phoolchatti Resort many times for different occasions, and this was probably our 12th visit. Sadly, it may be our last. Since the management changed, we have noticed a major drop in several areas during this visit, from 28th May to 31st June. The list of problems is long: food quality and the evening snacks, which were pathetic today; parking management; water and electricity; housekeeping; dust on equipment and beds; slow responses from reception; and what seems like not enough manpower. Sports and recreation options have also been reduced. Things weren't working, including the water, the Dg last night, and the scooty. This place has always meant a lot to us, which makes the changes disappointing. These aren't isolated observations from us, and guests who've been coming for years notice both the good and bad changes. We decided not to return, and tomorrow is our last day here. I hope management takes this seriously and sees it as a chance to restore the standards and charm that kept us coming back. Wishing the resort success. Thank you.

The peaceful surroundings made it a lovely place to unwind. Our cottage was cozy and comfortable, and the room was very clean and beautifully kept. The host and staff were polite and helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere cozy.

We especially enjoyed the little riverside spot near Phool Chitti Resort, Rishikesh. It was calm and refreshing, a lovely place to spend time with friends and family. The stay itself was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the property was beautifully maintained. The whole team was polite and supportive, and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks to the management and staff for a memorable outing, especially Naveen Jee, Neeraj jee,Sachin Sr.Sachin jr. Highly recommended for a relaxing Rishikesh getaway. Hope to visit again soon! ❤️
