Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotels, Neelkanth

The view was really wholesome, and the in-house cafe served great food. Skip the brownie, though, or FAFO. We had a pleasant stay, and there were lots of activities to do in the common room. We did have a problem with the flush. It was fixed promptly the first time, but then stopped working again. Thanks :)

The price was affordable, and the service was excellent. Receptionist Rahul Singh Rana was polite and really helpful, making everything smooth and comfortable. I was impressed with the support and would highly recommend the place. 👍✨

The room's little balcony looked out toward Neelkanth temple and the mountains, and the second-floor activity and reading hall had a peaceful, lovely atmosphere. The family room was well organized and maintained, and the place was beautiful inside and out. We were a group of four and drove 22 km to get here after looking at lots of stays. It was worth the trip, and the time we spent there was memorable. The only trouble was the network and wifi. Mr Rana and Geetu bhaiya treated us like family and were quick to help. We enjoyed talking with them. Right beside the stay, there's a food court with delicious food and great hospitality. Dinner thali and breakfast parathe with puri sabzi were especially tasty and filling. If I visit again, I'd definitely return to the Hosteller Bam Rishikesh. ❤️

A terrible property and a pathetic experience. The place is remote and difficult to reach by public transport at night. Once I realized that after booking, I immediately asked Agoda to modify or cancel it, but the hotel didn't respond until nighttime. When I went there the next morning, the wifi wasn't working, electricity was unreliable with frequent cuts, mobile signal was poor, and the drinking water was unclean. The location, connectivity, power, and water were all a mess. I left within an hour. The hotel said it would refund me that day, but three days later I'm still following up. Fraud and nothing else. Avoid it and save yourself the headache and money.
