The team, treatments, food, and people we met made our 3 nights here special, welcoming, supportive, and relaxing. Special thanks to the Chef, Mr DEVENDRA S NEGI, for the warm welcome, the explanations, and of course the cooking. Two things we’d mention: a heater in the bathroom would be useful, and we weren’t told the pool would be under repair during our stay, which was disappointing.

The customer service was the best I’ve experienced in more than 2 decades. The staff were kind, patient, attentive, and friendly, and made our stay a once in a lifetime experience. The food was exceptional and I feel amazing. The treatments were amazing too, and the doctors are fantastic. 10 out of 10 in all areas!!

The food at Veda5 was absolutely exceptional: sattvik, full of flavor, and a delight at every meal. Head chef Devenderji went above and beyond to meet our dietary requirements with care and creativity. The Ayurvedic services were excellent too. Dr. Joshi offered thoughtful consultations and tailored treatments, and meeting Netrupathy Dr. Sakshi was a pleasure. Her expertise and compassion stood out. The wellness team was supportive and attentive to our needs. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. Every interaction added to the peaceful atmosphere, and the service exceeded my expectations. I’m grateful for our time at Veda5 and look forward to returning. Thank you, Veda5 team!!!

We booked through HANU HOLIDAYS after comparing places and choosing Veda5 Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat on Neelkanth Road for its reviews and appearance. We traveled with our parents, extended family, my wife, siblings, and kids, so choosing the right place mattered. From arrival, chauffeurs were waiting to take us up the steep mountain road, and the welcome was warm and heartfelt. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and proactive, and their hospitality felt natural. One night I asked for milk for my 2-year-old at midnight, even though the kitchen closed at 9 PM. They brought it without hesitation, did so each time we asked, and never charged us. Housekeeping was excellent, with everything spotless. Our deluxe triple-sharing rooms had a duplex-style 2+1 layout downstairs and separate washrooms. They were spacious, thoughtful, and comfortable for families, and better than the pictures. The food felt healing, with a range of sattvic meals, digestive drinks, fresh fruit, and live chapati and pancake counters. The head chef checked on guests, and the food felt nourishing. The chef and staff gave us a lifetime experience. There was a pool with breathtaking views, meditation zones, a game room, walking areas, parks, and quiet places to sit. Towels were set out at the pool and drinks served proactively. With soft music, natural aroma, and the Himalayan backdrop, the property felt peaceful.
