The rooms and staff were good, and everything else was fine. But management wouldn’t let us stay because the online booking price was lower than what they expected, which is thoroughly unprofessional. Oyo, MMT and Goibibo should sort this out. Other customers have run into the same problem too.
We came for a wedding with lots of friends and family. The rooms were just okay, and service was poor. We kept having to follow up about water, room cleaning, and fresh sheets. Staff didn’t take initiative at all.
The place was good, but my booking included breakfast and the hotel charged me for it instead of providing it free. They had a menu in the room, and after I ordered some drinks, the staff said at checkout that the menu prices and the hotel bill prices were different.
It’s a new property with good rooms and a very convenient location, within walking distance of Sheela bypass. There’s a fresh paint smell, if that’s something you like.
The location is perfect, and you can park there and enjoy food from the many well known restaurants nearby. The staff are helpful too, though I’d give the hotel 4 stars because delivery was late. It’s one of the best hotels you can easily get there.
