Finding the hotel is difficult without Google Maps. It sits on a street near the old bus stand in Rohtak, so it’s easy to miss. The reception is small and often empty because the manager is away running a shop elsewhere. I found him unprofessional and not very understanding of guests’ concerns. They also don’t allow bachelors or unmarried couples. OYO should provide more professional managers or train the local owners.

I arrived to find the receptionist saying the hotel hadn’t been tied up with OYO for six months. OYO offered another hotel about 7 km from Sai Palace, which didn’t work for me because of the distance. They refunded what I’d already paid, but left me without anywhere to stay. Even if the deal looks great, booking through OYO can leave you with your money back and no place to sleep.

The owner was rude, and the customer service was poor. There’s no generator, so we had to go almost 4 hours without electricity. I wouldn’t recommend it.
