I stayed in room 303 on the 29th and 30th of December 18. The maintenance seems to be getting worse. The bedside unit was broken, and there were no wardrobe hangers. The bathroom had no plastic stool at first, though they brought one when asked. The TV was very small and staff had to switch it on with a key. The bathroom mirror was tiny and fixed at one side of the basin, so a six feet person has to bend to shave. The bedside electrical sockets were broken and missing, with holes in the wood where they should have been.
