The staff were polite and the food tasted okay. The washrooms, though, were pathetic, with leaking taps and a flush that didn't work. The rooms were dirty, with no real cleanliness.

The staff were kind and polite, and the hotel was clean too. Good value for money. Thanks for the service.

I booked four days ahead, but the room and even the washroom were still very dirty. The service was very poor, the room cleaning was bad, and management was zero.

The bedsheets weren't clean, and the amenities weren't up to standard. It wasn't a very good experience.

Even at 2 a.m. on a very cold night, the staff responded quickly.
