The rooms are neat and clean. A comfortable place to stay in Rohtak.

I paid online through the link OYO provided, but the hotel still refused to give me a room. They said they hadn't received anything from OYO and wanted me to pay again in person. Very bad service.

I stayed for seven days because of exams, and the room problems continued: torn bedsheets, a washroom flush that didn't work, and dirt in every room I tried. I changed rooms three times, and none was suitable for families. The staff get one star from me, but the hotel doesn't.

It seems more suitable for couples than families. They can provide whatever you need, as long as you ask; the staff are polite.

The owner refused my check-in despite my having booked and paid in advance, saying they don't accept advance payments. I wouldn't take my family here. OYO should blacklist this hotel.
