For a new hotel, the service was better than I expected. It's on the main road and has underground parking. The room was well lit, the wash room was ultra clean, and the linen was good quality. The mattress was extra bouncy and relaxing. Everything worked except the AC, though that wasn't a concern with the ambient temperature at 24 degrees.

The receptionist was very rude and didn't know how to speak to a professional person. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or professionals. They charge couples more than 1000 for just two hours, and don't allow professionals to book for the whole day. This place seems to be only for boyfriend and girlfriend couples, with rooms allotted by the hour. When I checked in, the bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty. They also use your room for another couple for two or three hours while you're away or at work. A very bad experience.

There are amenities and facilities nearby, and the property is close to the bus stand. If you want decent priced accommodation, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff behaved very badly, and OYO was a very bad experience too. Please don't stay here. The rooms are very dangerous.

The building was still under construction, and they charged a high rate if they provided a room. Be careful, as they may not let you check in even when you have a booking.
