The reception is excellent, and the staff assisting with breakfast were helpful. Breakfast is served in an open space, and the wall graffiti gives the area a nice feel. The hotel is very near the bus stand, IIT Roorkee, and CBRI, about 5-7 minutes’ walk away. Check-in is available after 10:00 PM. The rooms are all on the ground floor, so a first-floor room isn’t possible. Dinner is costly compared with other places. At night they gave me a glass with a fly in it, which is not acceptable.

We booked 6 rooms on 1 Dec 2019, and the room sanitation was pathetic. There was a smell throughout the rooms and galleries. The hotel refused to provide breakfast the next morning even though it was included in the room tariff. The female receptionist was rude and misbehaved with guests. Room service was poor.

K K Residency and Treebo Staywell are the same place. The hotel is on the road that branches left from SDM Chauraha. My room faced the road and was small, but it was clean and cozy. There’s a restaurant and Gym on the floors above, so it gets a bit noisy. The food is great, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The service was brilliant and the rooms were nice. It’s close to IIT-ROORKEE and the Roorkee bus stand. Public transport is a bit far away if you want to get around roorkee, but for a business visit to IIT, this is the place to stay.
