Room service was good, and the room itself was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good too. The weak point was the Wi-Fi on the third floor. Also, getting hot water meant letting water run for five minutes. That should be fixed as soon as possible; wasting so much clean water just to get hot water isn't right.
The food and service were good, and the staff were all nice. A very nice place.
The food at Hotel deep residency hotel roorkee DFC fine dine restaurant was really good. They serve Indian, Chinese, tandoor, and south Indian dishes, and the quality was excellent. It felt like 5-star food at the DFC restaurant.
Getting around from here is easy since the location makes everything accessible. The food tastes good, and the staff are cooperative and behave well.
It didn't feel worth what I paid. The room was decent, but the washroom was really dirty. Staff response was only okay, and the service phone made it hard to reach reception or the restaurant. This was after they'd already replaced the phone once.
