Hotel Shyam Sagar

I've stayed here twice and the condition hasn't changed. There was no water supply in the toilet or bathroom, the staff behavior wasn't up to the mark, and they didn't provide a welcome water bottle, even a small bar of soap, or a towel. I had a very bad experience. Manager, please look into these issues.

The room was dusty, the TV didn't work, and the rooms weren't soundproof. The geyser wasn't working either, though the washrooms were well cleaned. I was charged 1200 rupees for one night in their super dulex room. The place looked good and the rooms seemed clean at first, but they weren't really. Room service was inattentive and not serious, though they did provide a complimentary 500ml water bottle.

During our one night stay, there were spider webs and a big mouse in my friend's room, probably because of a large hole in the door. The room wasn't clean, and the bathroom was especially bad, with rusty taps and water that didn't come properly. It made the stay uncomfortable. I had the worst experience and wouldn't recommend this place. The hotel needs to improve its infrastructure and service.

The staff and manager were good, and the price is reasonable, so this could be an option for anyone looking for a place to stay. They should pay a bit more attention to hygiene and room decoration, though. Apart from that, it's a great option.
