The location is right in front of IIT Roorkee, but the room quality was very poor. The staff were not polite. At night they lock the entrance, and getting in during late hours is not easy.

My stay was the worst hotel experience I can remember. After booking through a third party like booking.com, I was given a terrible room. It was a box, not a room. Service was poor, and basic things like a towel, blanket, soap, or drinking water weren’t provided unless I asked. During my 16 hrs there, I had to ask twice for bathroom tap water. When it ran low, nobody answered the room phone, so I had to leave my room wearing a towel to ask in person. I hope others don’t have to deal with the same problems.

For a budget hotel, the location in roorkee is a real plus: IIT century gate is just 200 meter away. The staff, amenities, and cleaning were all good. The room, though, is a little small for the price range. If you need space for two or more people, confirm the room size before booking.

A clean, nice hotel with excellent service and reasonable prices. Good for families.
