The rooms, washroom, and bed are dirty and poorly maintained. Put a bedsheet over the bed before you sleep on it. They don't accept online bookings, and the photos are fake. Don't expect them to honor the discounted prices shown on OYO. The trick is to mark you as "No Show" after you leave the hotel. The actual non-ac room rate is 700/- - 750/-.

The owners and staff are very welcoming, and paradise restaurant is just amazing. For anyone in Roorkee looking to hold an event, I'd give this one a 10 out of 10 among the city's best hotels and restaurants.

I'm unhappy with the stay. There was no room service, the room was in bad condition, and the sheets smelled bad. There were lots of mosquitoes at night, and there was no blanket cover. See my uploaded picture.

The air conditioners here seem to be just for show. You'd be better off by the roadside, where at least mother nature might give you some coolness.

This feels more like a banquet hall converted into a hotel, and it's only somewhere to sleep. There's no room service, and you can't get anything to eat in-house.
