Four Leaf Service Suites

The location is good and the property has plenty of space, but the facilities and staff let it down. There was a bucket in the room but no bathing mug, and staff said none of the rooms had one. Our first-floor balcony door wouldn't lock, which made us worry about security. In the chilly weather, we had to run through 4-5 buckets of water before it got warm. I understand how boilers work, but this was wasteful, and nearby guest houses we tried after checkout had better systems. Reception and housekeeping stopped answering calls after 8 pm, and still weren't responding when we called at 5 am for a mug. I'd suggest travelers add 500 - 800 to their budget and stay somewhere better. Management should renovate the rooms so they can make better use of the large property and get a return on their investment.
