A big rat was roaming freely in the room, and the cabinet was dusty. The toilet and bathroom looked clean but stank, and the room itself was badly maintained with poor lighting. There was no kitchen, so nothing was available after service hours. The receptionist also tried to give himself a five-star rating on the OYO app while pretending to confirm payment, which explains the very good rating there. I'll never come back. OYO should cancel his registration for cheating customers with a false rating he gave himself.

The bed and pillows were low quality, just barely doing the job, and at 1000 per night that's not good enough. There were spider webs all over the room and bathroom, the bathroom lights were poor, and the AC had no remote. The door stuck too. They don't clean regularly, either. I had to ask 4-5 times before they cleaned the room.

WiFi wasn't available, which was a bit of a downside, but the stay was still very cost effective and suited solo travellers or a group of friends. I had booked a Standard AC room and found it cozy, with the AC working fine. It's just 3 km from roorkee railway station, and an E rikshaw costs Rs. 10/-. There's also a hotel just opposite with delicious food, both NONVEG AND VEG.

The room was fine and easy enough to stay in, but I'd eat somewhere else. They don't cook food here. They buy it from a dhabha and charge extra for it.

There was lots of noise outside the room, and no other food or drink service. They order from an outside shop and charge a higher price, and the hotel utensils were in very poor condition. My Oyo booking wasn't accepted because the Oyo price was lower than what they expected. The hotel itself seemed very poor quality. I suggest staying elsewhere.
