The food seemed a bit expensive, and there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, which made things uncomfortable. The room itself was decent and clean, with the TV, fan, and lights all working. The stay was okay overall, though they should address the mosquitoes and adjust the food prices.
4/10
The room fell short of what I expected, especially because it wasn’t clean enough. Check-in also took ages and the staff seemed disorganized. The team was helpful during the stay, which did make things better, but I was still disappointed.
4/10
The rooms at the back were in poor condition, and the front desk staff couldn’t answer basic questions. There was no transport available, and the place is far from everything, more like a roadside dhaba. I booked four days online at 500 per day but stayed only two, and they refused to refund the shortened stay. I ended up paying 2430. Check the room before taking it. I’d avoid this so-called hotel.
6/10
The rooms could be better, though the food is amazing and the service is good.
6/10
The manager is very kind and will arrange something if needed, but there’s no public transport nearby. It’s secluded outside roorkee, so I wouldn’t book it for an exam in town. The food is good, and the rooms are okay.
