Hotel Green Apple

The room itself was in poor shape: the bathroom jet wasn’t working, and neither was the TV. We’d arrived around 6 AM and called ahead to ask about checking in early. The hotel refused unless we booked directly, even though Cleartrip showed the room for ₹1800 per day. They said a Cleartrip booking would only let us in at 11:30 AM. Since we urgently needed a room, we paid ₹2500 for a 7 AM check-in. Then the next morning they told us to leave by 8 AM or pay for another day. That felt completely unfair after the extra charge. We booked the same hotel again for the 26th because it’s near the railway station, but our plans changed when the train was delayed, so we asked Cleartrip for a refund. Cleartrip tried calling the hotel for two days, but the hotel kept avoiding the calls. During a conference call, the manager, Neeraj, was very rude and refused the refund outright. Really unprofessional. It felt like they took our hard-earned money without providing proper service. Worst experience, please don’t book here.
