The free breakfast advertised by the hotel wasn't provided, and the lift was painfully slow. The room conditions were poor too: the commode was unstable, the fan filthy, the curtains torn so harsh sunlight came in, and the AC was badly maintained. We arrived at 10:30 PM and were first put in room 410. After a disappointing dinner, we found the AC leaking onto the bed. Staff suggested setting it to 18 degrees, but that didn't help, so we moved to room 409. It was smaller, though we paid the same rate. This was one of our worst stays, nowhere near basic standards or comfortable. I hope management takes these problems seriously for future guests.

The prices are excessive for the service and hospitality. Staff are rude, incapable, and the service is awful. The hotel is near the railway station, down a narrow alley, with run-down rooms and no housekeeping. The sheets, pillowcases, and blankets weren't washed or changed, just covered up with used ones, and they were dirty and smelly. The lift barely works. I got stuck in it during my stay, which was a horrible feeling. Complaints are ignored and go nowhere. Worst hotel in Rourkela.

We were welcomed by friendly staff, and the room was very nice and clean. There was an issue with the shower, but they fixed it quickly. The food was delicious, especially the Chicken Chilly, which I highly recommend. Entertainment was decent too. For excursions, go to the market near the hotel, his trips are fantastic. I'd stay here again.

It's within walking distance of the railway station, which is the one good thing. They don't provide an AC remote, so you can't set the comfort level as you like. The food is okay for the price, and I especially liked the tawa roti. The room and toilet get cleaned only once every one or two days, which is really irritating.
