OYO 72693 Hotel Priyal Amrit Sagar

I booked through ixigo and paid for an AC room, but my guest was given a non-AC room at check-in. When I raised it with the receptionist, they replied rudely, “Do whatever you want.” That’s highly unprofessional. I’m also seeking an immediate refund of the price difference.

Once I had paid and settled in, they called to say an extra charge applied because I’d paid offline, and that I had to pay a fine. It was late, so I felt I had no real choice but to hand over more money. The receptionist’s behavior was awful, and I felt she showed no conscience.

The room was dirty, and the blanket was torn. The staff were rude, and the amount quoted over the phone didn’t match what they charged when I checked in. I’d avoid this hotel.

I’d tell people to stay away. I booked through the app, but at the hotel they asked me to pay offline. After I’d paid and moved into the room, they called an hour later and said I’d cancelled the app booking and had to pay a fine. I was completely confused by the claim, and the receptionist was shameless. I blame her for what happened.
