The location is amazing, and the rest of the service is good. The rooms are a bit small for a family, though. If you're alone or with a partner, the size should be perfect.

The rooms seem like an add-on to the banquet hall, which looks like their main source of income. They were untidy, with dusty linen, furniture, and footmats, and a stale smell in almost every room. Asking 2000 for an executive room like that was amusing. I left after being shown around. This hotel is totally avoidable for a stay.

The service, clean rooms, staff behavior, food, and amenities have always made me happy here. I don't get why the rating is under 4. The one recurring issue is the remote batteries, which are often weak, but they replace them after I complain.
