The room cleanliness was very poor, and the staff behavior wasn’t so good. They don’t provide free drinking water, so you have to buy bottles. Just okay.

The staff are very nice, but room maintenance is poor. It’s a budget AC room, and there was no hot water.

There are family rooms, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner all have lots of food choices. The place is clean, and the staff are cooperative. It’s a nice stay in Rudrapur with good facilities on a low budget. Close to the bus stop, 2 km from the railway station, and 12 km from the airport.

The service is good, but the rooms aren’t cleaned properly. There are lots of mosquitoes, the price is very high, and there are issues with the lights.

It’s near gandhi park, but the rooms are dingy and the service is horrible. We confirmed our booking in the afternoon, then arrived at night to check in and they denied knowing about any booking. They don’t even have an internet connection to check anh booking.
