The location worked well for both work and personal trips, and I found the room roomy, clean, and in good shape. It had a fridge and the necessary amenities, plus excellent WiFi. The staff were very polite and friendly, though getting requested items took a long time. Basic things were missing from the room at first, so I had to call for them. That was frustrating and made the hotel seem poorly coordinated or managed. Food was average, with limited variety. The rooms and staff were good, but the service and room stocking need work.

This is a safe, secure society complex with a little shopping area just a short walk outside. The serviced apartments have kitchenettes, a fridge, and a microwave, so they seem suited to longer stays. I only stayed one night and thought it was good value. The restaurant has a limited menu, but enough choice. One thing put me off: the chair in my room was extremely dirty, covered in more spots than I could count.

The big, clean rooms and courteous waiters were good, and the service was good too. But the stay had problems I didn't expect. Water leaked from the AC and made the floor very slippery. The washrooms were slippery as well, and water collected in the bathing area. Breakfast came as a buffet, but I saw a cockroach walking around on the table, so it didn't seem hygienic. Not a great experience.

Breakfast is included, though the choices are limited and the catering needs a lot of improvement. These are hotel service rooms where you can cook for yourself, with utensils provided. Check that the induction and oven work before relying on them. And don't be surprised if you spot cockroaches in the room.

The rooms were neat and clean, the food was pure vegetarian, and the service was excellent. Anuj at the front office was a big help.
