The owner was very humble, and I had an otherwise ordinary stay with nothing special about it. Parking is behind the hotel in a garage that's kept locked; you can ask them to open it whenever you need your vehicle. The room and washroom were in very poor condition, even though there was a bathtub. It's the first OYO I've seen with one.

The owner was polite and helpful, but the rooms and bathrooms were bad. Check the room and toilet carefully before paying, because they won't refund even a penny once they've taken your money.

The cupboard was dirty, the AC was broken, and there was no dustbin or fan regulator. The water heater didn't work either. The bathroom door was hanging from one side with no handle, and the main door didn't feel secure. See photos.

Hotal Sagar is really close to the bus station. I appreciated how supportive everyone was, and the room was clean and hygienic. The staff were also good to deal with.

The rooms and washroom were dirty and smelled bad. The fans stopped working after about two hours. The rooms were the worst.
