The staff are rude, and dinner comes from outside, way too oily. There's no personal or commercial kitchen for hotel service because this is a house turned into a hotel. We had to stay because the National Games assigned it through Thomas cook private limited. Yesterday, we boiled potatoes for our pre-event meal, but when we got back from the venue, the owner had put our kettle away. I've had a fever and cold for the past week and couldn't get basic needs here. Thanks to the National Games medical staff, I can keep going with my journey. I've been here for three days and check out on the fourth, today, and my opinion of the place hasn't changed.

I was already at the hotel when they refused to give me a room because I'd paid through the OYO app. They said they only take bookings paid directly to the hotel. I cancelled, got 0 ruppes back, then booked the same hotel again because I was right there. Just terrible service and people. Not recommended.

The rooms are nicely decorated and have good accessories, and it seems suitable for families, friends, or couples. To find it, go under the bridge near the Kashi bypass highway and turn left. Cross the road, walk 70 metres, then turn right and continue straight. You'll pass kids planet public school, then skip two streets on your right and take the third. The destination is on the right.

The hotel itself is average, but the hospitality is really good. There isn't an in-house kitchen, so plan accordingly. Good Hotel 5 STAR.

A good place to sit quietly and finish my paper work. The location is convenient, the staff are cooperative, and the hotel is very nice. All good.
