I've stayed here for six years, and after the new staff came in, this was the first time I felt so bad about the place. At checkout yesterday, the front staff behaved rudely, and Kuldeep GM was uncooperative and misbehaved with a guest. My experience was very bad. My Adama team and I won't stay here again.

The hotel offers good service and hospitality, and the stay was comfortable for a reasonable price. It's a very good place to stay in Rudrapur, with plenty of useful things to take care of.

Ms. Deepika deserves a special thanks for always being available and helping with the execution of our family get-together. The staff service throughout the celebration was exceptional, and the whole event was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended. Customer delight 😊

The staff were warm, polite and always ready to help, and the food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Hotel The Venus in Rudrapur has neat, spacious rooms and a peaceful atmosphere, with a perfect location. It made me feel right at home and was a great fit for either a business visit or a relaxing trip. Highly recommended for clean, comfortable rooms and good service.

The dining options were good overall, though the non-veg dishes were decent rather than exceptional. Breakfast had limited choices and could be improved. The showers also need better maintenance for water pressure and proper function. Since there's a banquet hall, events can make the hotel a bit noisy. Even so, I had a pleasant two-day stay at Venus Hotel in Rudrapur. The rooms were clean, spacious, well furnished and had the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The ambiance was nice, the staff courteous and helpful, and the overall dining experience satisfying. Special mention to Mr Harmeet Singh at the front desk, a polite and professional Sikh gentleman who went the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. It's good value for money, and I'd be happy to return.
