OYO 29127 Hotel Crown Tower

The staff were indifferent when I complained and didn't follow up, even after I asked for help several times. The bathroom had visible mold and smelled awful. The sheets looked used and stained, the surfaces were dusty, the trash hadn't been emptied, and I even saw insects in the corners. The AC barely worked, so sleeping in the heat was uncomfortable. There were leaking taps, broken fixtures, and dim hallways too. I had a very unpleasant stay and wouldn't come back or recommend the place. Basic cleanliness and service were missing.

The staff were very rude and even misbehaved with us. I completed online check-in, but the manager still refused to let me check in. Don't waste your time or money here.

We booked through the booking. Com app for Rs 450, but when we arrived to check in, they refused and asked us to pay their offline rate of Rs 1200 instead. After customers have dealt with the trouble of reaching the place, they play these dirty games to draw people in with online bookings and then charge the offline price.

There's no breakfast or lunch, and it's very expensive. The TV doesn't work and there's no Wi-Fi. Staff service and behavior are poor too. They don't listen when customers ask for something and just ignore them.
