Please be careful if you're traveling with family. You might not even be allowed to sit in the lobby. I had an online OYO booking, but the staff wouldn’t accept it or try to understand the situation. The person at reception was especially rude. I’ve never encountered worse hotel staff. I’m asking the owner to look into this, since it wastes guests’ precious time. I won’t recommend this property.

I made a big mistake booking through OYO. At my rate of 1200 INR, GST applies, but I still haven’t received the tax invoice. I called OYO support several times without getting a helpful response. Business travelers are running into this same issue. If OYO can’t provide a GST invoice, why accept the bookings? Booking directly with the property seems better. Why book through a hotel site for a discount if the company won’t accept the bill for a claim? Goibibo and MakeMyTrip are much better than OYO. If the invoice doesn’t arrive by the end of the day, this will be my last OYO booking.

A clean budget hotel in a good location, with friendly staff, but there are a few drawbacks. You can only book online, the food menu is limited, and the amenities are generic. The AC is noisy, and there’s no mini fridge, which is a concern in summer. It’s also not ideal for honeymooners because people in other rooms can peek through the curtains.

They didn’t provide clean towels, soap, and blankets in quantities matching the number of guests. The hotel needs to improve.
