Aldovia Resort & Convention

The food was fantastic, and Gokul and Chef Natarajan looked after the meals and arrangements so well that my stay felt special. I also really appreciated how much the team values guest feedback. Prena, Soni, and Karthik at the front desk deserve a mention for their hospitality. Lots of people enjoyed Air Hockey in the indoor games area. I’d suggest setting the price for the paid indoor games at half what it is now. Guests staying at the resort also get 20% off food and beverages.

I came to Aldovia for dinner at the restaurant, though I wasn’t staying there. My son was driving our Innova into the basement when the underbody caught on a large bump at the entrance, leaving the car stuck and unable to move either way. It was raining heavily, which made an already stressful situation worse. Mr. Sharif, the Resident Manager on duty, quickly came to check what had happened and gathered help. Mr. Manjunath (Fire Safety Officer), Ajit, Santosh, Shiv Kumar, and Deepak worked with him to free the car. They brought a van to tow it, helped lift the vehicle, and arranged stones under the front wheels. They spent nearly two hours at it in the pouring rain. They even politely turned down tips, saying, “This is my job, sir.” I was impressed by their teamwork, humility, dedication, and professionalism. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sharif and the whole Aldovia team for their genuine commitment and help.

The resort is beautifully built and well cared for, and we’re already planning to stay there next time. We came for a private dinner, where I’d arranged a decorated outdoor candlelight setup because I wanted to propose to my partner. It turned out WONDERFUL! Jitu took such care with the setup, decor, and service, and everything was thought through brilliantly. The food was top notch for flavor, quality, and quantity. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Huge kudos to the team for such warm hospitality.

Jitu and the team made the private candlelight dinner feel special. The setup and decor were carefully done, the service was flawless, and everyone was warm, attentive, and courteous. The food was excellent in quality and quantity too. The resort is peaceful and beautifully maintained, so it’s a lovely place for a special occasion. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back.
