Breakfast was the part I remember most. They set it up as a buffet on the open lawn, and having freshly prepared hot food in the warm winter sun made for a memorable start to the day. There was a good spread and attentive service. I arrived late in the evening after traveling from Jabalpur for an official visit, and the beautifully lit property felt welcoming. Reception were courteous and checked me in quickly, and offered a welcome drink. I was tired, so I had dinner in my room. It arrived piping hot with salad, papad, raita, paneer curry, dal, and moong dal halwa. Everything tasted good, especially the halwa. My room was comfortable, housekeeping was efficient, and the bathroom was clean, so I slept peacefully. Hotel Dipali Residency was good value for money, and I checked out satisfied. The food, rooms, helpful staff, and thoughtful arrangements made the stay pleasant. I'd happily return on another visit to Sagar, for business or with family.

The complimentary car wash was a welcome surprise, especially for anyone on a long road trip, and breakfast was nice too. There was plenty of parking, which made things easy for us traveling by car. We stayed one night at Hotel Dipali. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with neat bed linens. The toilet was fine and hygienic, and the staff were polite. We found it comfortable and would recommend it to families, people traveling for work, or those on a long journey.

The rooms were well maintained, as were the shared areas, including the lobby, halls, and lawn. We had a very pleasant stay and hosted a wedding at Hotel Dipali Palace. The staff at Palace were cooperative and well behaved under Mr. Pradeep Thakur's guidance. The food also tasted and was served better at Palace than at Regency and Residency.

I usually love staying here, but this visit left me upset. While I was taking pictures with my son and holding our 6-month-old baby, she touched a flower in a ceramic pot, which fell and broke. It was accidental, but we ended up paying 3000, which felt far too high for something a baby knocked over unintentionally. I understand accidents happen, and hope you'll look into the charge.
