I’ve stayed here regularly with my family on road trips from Delhi to Nagpur, and I’d still give the place another try. For the price and space, I’d recommend it to people passing through sagar, especially if they’re travelling with a pet. There’s a large fenced area where you can let your pet off leash under your supervision. The new staff need more training. Communication between them is lacking, and after I’d already asked room service for something, another person came to ask what I wanted. The floor smelled like an old property. Blankets should be replaced with comforters, and rooms need to be checked after repairs. In room 305, we couldn’t switch the lights off unless we turned off the main switch. I haven’t had problems during my previous stays, and the staff tried their best to help. Rooms and service still need improvement, along with better hotel management training.
