Hotel Suryalok

The food was slow to arrive, overpriced, and below average, while noise from around the hotel made it impossible to sleep well. My room was in terrible shape, unclean and foul-smelling, and the bedsheets looked as if they hadn’t been changed for ages. The bathroom was worse, with leaking taps, broken fixtures, and poor drainage. From arrival, the service felt unprofessional, and staff seemed uninterested in helping. It was one of my worst hotel stays, nowhere near worth the money. I’d never stay again and would tell others to avoid it.

The business center and concierge staff were more helpful than the front desk. The receptionist, and especially the duty manager if I have that right, seemed poorly trained and stared at guests as if they were about to commit a crime. There wasn’t one smile, and they weren’t much help when I asked for things.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were polite. Great service.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were cooperative. The receptionist was especially supportive. Nice hotel.
