Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the management seemed to have no sense of responsibility or customer care. Even simple requests were ignored, coordination was poor, and the whole place felt clueless. You end up feeling like you’re bothering them instead of being made comfortable. One of my worst hotel stays. If your time and money matter to you, I’d look elsewhere. They need proper hospitality and management training.

For breakfast I had poha and tea, and both tasted amazing. The room and washroom were spotless, and the staff were so polite and understanding that I never had to ask twice. The AC, geyser, lights, and fan all worked perfectly. The whole hotel is carefully maintained and managed. It’s affordable without sacrificing quality, and I had a wonderful, comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend it.

They seem dedicated to their work, and answering on the first ring was impressive. The property was neat and clean. I’d come again. Best wishes.
