They shut off the electricity in room 208 and then claimed the whole hotel had no power, even though the TV, fridge, and other appliances were working in another room. Checkout was supposed to be around 11, but they were pushing us to leave at about 8. The service was awful, and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Please don't book here unless you want a bad stay.
The owner was very rude, and the price felt far too high. There are three liquor shops nearby, so the area can feel prone to quarrels. Inside, the AC may be switched off whenever they want, the bathrooms leak, and power cuts happen often with no backup. If you're nearby, I'd keep walking toward Ghantaghar to look for a better option. I wouldn't give this place a try, though it's your choice.
I waited half an hour for a reply about a meal, and they hadn't even seen my message. They don't respond on time. Worst service I've had. Don't book here.
The bedsheets and hotel itself were dirty, and they kept complaining about their customers. They need to learn what hospitality is supposed to mean.
The cooler didn't work and there was no proper ventilation. It felt like a prison, and was like a furnace.
