The room was dirty, and the washroom was too. There was no working hot water even though a geyser was installed, and there wasn't a chair or dustbin in the room. The bedding wasn't changed routinely. Getting up the stairs was cumbersome, so older people should avoid this accommodation, though it may suit teenagers.
We had to stay an extra day for unavoidable reasons, and they charged more than the price shown on the website. The room and washrooms smelled foul, there were no food options, and the linen was dirty. I had to ask three to five times before they changed it. They charged 1600 rupees for breakfast, which they delivered from a dhaba. As far as I know, that breakfast costs about 100 rs. I would never recommend this property unless someone wants to be surrounded by dirty linen and the smell.
The room was neat and clean, and they provided a water bottle, towel, and soap. In Landran, the listed rates were 800 for a non-AC room and 1000 for AC. The hotel charges more than the stay is worth.
There was hair on the pillows, sheets, blanket, and in the toilet, and the mattress and bedsheet were in terrible shape. The toilets were very dirty too. There was no hygiene at all during COVID-19 days. Spending even one night here was very difficult. A terrible experience.
The building looks small from outside, but it's very good inside. The rooms have A/C, TV, hot water, and a cupboard. The location on Google Maps is incorrect. Use 30.6926828N 76.6638942E for the correct location.
