The room itself was dirty, including the toilet, and there were no toiletries. What I booked online was two air-conditioned rooms, but on arrival they gave us just one room without AC and the owner wanted extra payment for AC even though I had already paid online. The room also didn’t match the photos. There was no coordination between OYO and the hotel, and this was a terrible app and stay.
The washbasin was leaking, and the bin had used condoms in it. The blankets and sheets were dirty, the pillow covers had hair on them, and there were ants and a bad smell. A very poor experience. For a cheaper booking, call reception instead of using OYO.
The manager was cooperative, but the room upkeep was poor. Dirty sheets and blankets made the place feel unhygienic overall.
It didn’t feel like a hotel, and the experience was the worst. The bathrooms were dirty, and they asked for extra money for AC despite my booking being for an AC room.
They charge more than the booking price, then provide no AC or food. The rooms and bathroom were dirty.
