The rooms were all in terrible condition, and when I asked to move, the others were just as bad. The staff were so rude that I ended up shifting to a different hotel. I've travelled to remote areas and plenty of small cities, but this guest house was the worst of them all. Booking it through OYO during my recent trip to patiala was a huge mistake, and staying here was a nightmare.
The guest house is poorly maintained, with no cleanliness or hygiene. Service and room service were poor, and the staff were rude. I had a pathetic experience.
The rooms were dirty and badly maintained, and the staff behaved terribly. The service was very poor, and the actual rooms look nothing like the pictures online.
The guesthouse was dirty and unhygienic, and the staff were very rude and badly behaved. They didn't seem to know how to speak to guests. I had a very bad experience here.
The staff were rude and didn’t seem to know how to treat guests. Service was very poor, and the whole experience was awful.
