Worst hotel. No water in the bathroom, the lift wasn't working, so we had to walk up five floors. Staff were rude and didn't respond.

There isn't any car parking, so you'll need to use a nearby private lot, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The room is suitable for two, though you can fit one extra person. It's in a main area of Salem, so places around the city are easy to reach. Service was good.

The terrace had a lovely view, and the hotel is right in the middle of the city. But service was very poor. For our two-bed room, they gave us only one bedsheet and one towel. We had to keep asking for milk or coffee in the morning. We were travelling with elderly people, and that service caused a lot of inconvenience.
