It was good value for money, with peaceful, quiet surroundings and spacious, clean rooms. The washrooms were neat and well kept. Food, tea, and coffee aren't available at the hotel, though. They could add bedside tables on both sides of the bed, and check the showers regularly, since the water flow was low in one room.

Getting around from here is easy, and the rooms are very spacious. I was disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast included with the room. You have to order food online, and without a vehicle it can be difficult to get food on foot. There were also some cockroaches in the restroom.

JV Residency is near the NH on Coimbatore road, and it was very nice and clean. There's a large parking area for cars. The staff were very good, especially the manager. A good place for families, and a must-stay when you're coming for an Ooty tour. Thank you.

We stayed at JK Residency, Salem, and had a great visit. The property is well maintained, the room was very good, and the customer service was outstanding. I'd recommend it to everyone.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the highway location is great. The only drawback is there's no restaurant.
