One thing they made clear on arrival was that smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms or on the balcony, only in the ground floor parking area. I think that helps keep the rooms clean. It’s also not couple friendly. The rooms were clean, the ambience was peaceful, and the price was comfortable, so I found it a very good place to stay.
For a business class property, it felt very basic, and the room was so small that fitting our two trolley bags was a struggle. We stayed on the 1st floor. The hotel is also much farther inside than the photos make it look, though we’d booked through MMT for 1500. The reception guy was rude. When we asked for help bringing our luggage to the room, he said we’d have to carry it ourselves. We had a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Room service wasn’t available at night, which was the one drawback. Otherwise, for ₹1500, the room felt like it belonged in a 4-star property. It was really worth the price, and I’d highly recommend it at that rate.
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, with basics like kettles and toiletries. Staff support and hospitality were great. Parking is limited and can cause problems at times, but otherwise it’s good value for money.
I only stopped for the night, checking in around 7 in the evening and leaving the next morning, so I had little to no contact with the staff and can’t say much about their hospitality. The place is quiet, with no noise around, and although it’s off the main road, shops are easy enough to reach within 1 KM. I’m unsure whether it would work for families, since there’s no kitchen and you have to rely on Food Apps. I had no particular complaint during my short stop.
