I booked through OYO, but the manager said OYO hadn't paid them, so they would provide rooms on their own. The rooms weren't clean, the restroom was dirty, the room smelled bad, and the cot was damaged. The building was old, though they'd put stickers on the flowers. Salem was hard enough for me to find a good place to stay. 💔💔💔💔💔

Hopeless rooms and service, and a poor owner. I regret that there's no minus rating. The bedsheets were torn and dirty, the toilet was unclean, and there was no water in the bathroom. Power kept cutting out. Every room had AC and a geyser fitted, but neither worked. The reception desk and checklist made it look like the rooms and toilets hadn't been maintained for at least six months. Pity the owner.

There was no car parking, and the location didn't justify the price. The room charges were much higher than at established hotels. They collected the full amount before check-in, although I was supposed to pay it at checkout. They also didn't handle my cancellation request well.

Not a good lodge. It wasn't clean or hygienic. Don't stay here.
