La Four Seasons

The room and location deserve five stars, but everything else gets zero from me. We stayed one night, check in 2/ 6 / 2026. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious. The pool wasn’t clean, and please don’t even try the food, I promise. They don’t have a restaurant, just a tie up with someone on the same street. It’s very, very expensive for average taste. Better to eat lunch and dinner outside and come back to the rooms. Don’t trust what you see on YouTube about this resort, maybe that was true once upon a time.

The outside view and ambiance were so good, and the room service and managers’ approach were good too. But the food could be a bit better, and it would be much nicer if it were served at the same venue. Going to that other building wasn’t good, especially since hill resorts normally serve breakfast on site. The toilets could use a more thorough cleaning. The bed foam wasn’t in good condition and should be changed, I got back pain after staying on it. Room no. 210 had four windows with curtains of different sizes and designs, which created a bad ambiance.

The kids’ play area was a highlight, and it was lovely seeing the children enjoy the toys. It could be maintained a little better. The resort was clean and peaceful, with green surroundings and pleasant weather that made our family trip refreshing. Staff were polite, supportive, and responsive. Our room was spacious and well maintained, and the food was good. A very nice place for families and kids to relax and spend quality time together in yercaud.

La Four Seasons Resort felt peaceful from the moment we arrived, with lovely surroundings that made it easy to unwind. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with good privacy and lovely views that made mornings and evenings especially nice. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The food was fresh and delicious, with a good range of options. A relaxing place for couples or families who want time away from the city, and we’d happily visit again.
