I had a horrible experience in the middle of the night. The hotel didn’t allow foreigners, and it seemed they might not have the required licenses. The staff weren’t helpful in finding a solution, and booking.com hadn’t mentioned this restriction on its listing. Please check the hotel’s protocols before booking. The location and parking situation weren’t satisfactory either.

The only good thing was that the room was clean. There was no breakfast choice beyond bread, an omelette, and one coffee. I asked for another coffee but never got it. The staff were okay, but management was really poor. The hot water geyser wasn’t working, so staff brought a bucket of hot water from another room. I’d paid an extra 700 by GPay for the better room, 201, but its AC remote didn’t work. The TV had no Netflix recharge or Amazon Prime access, so there was nothing to watch. Really poor experience.

The staff were polite and helpful, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Parking was a problem on the narrow road. They promised dedicated parking during booking, but when we arrived we had to leave the car on the open road, though there was camera coverage. Cleanliness was just okay, with dirt in the room and a washroom that needed better cleaning. There aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, and it wasn’t good value for money.

I felt like I was going to throw up in the room. At 3000, the price is completely unjustified. It looks like a 500-rupee-a-night hotel. Please refund me.
