The ambiance looked nice, but that was the only positive for us. We booked a “group package” for five people at ₹22,500, and the whole stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, with stained bedsheets, dirty walls, and visible cracks in the windows. It didn't feel safe or suitable, especially for girls. On arrival, we were asked to pay the full amount straight away, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Even after paying, the staff were rude and acted as if we hadn't paid enough. We were served the same food twice, and the servers treated us disrespectfully, as though we were eating for free. We also witnessed a disturbing incident in which a guest was being manhandled by the owners and staff. We don't want to go into details, but it left the atmosphere feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable. Staff and owners also appeared to be drinking while guests were there, which seemed highly unprofessional. The service and attitude from management and staff were a big disappointment. A nice ambiance isn't enough. They need to improve cleanliness, communication, professionalism, and how they treat guests. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Our ground-floor pool-view room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The best part was being able to step straight from the room into the pool. The poolside bar gave the evenings a great vibe, too. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, and host Niraj was always available to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommended if you're after a relaxing but fun stay.

The bed was broken, there were frequent power problems with no generator backup, and even water bottles weren't available. The rooms were poorly maintained and cleanliness was very bad. Most of the time nobody was at reception to help or support guests. It was a frustrating, unpleasant stay. Definitely not recommended.

The location made it easy to explore nearby places, and the atmosphere was relaxing. During my Goa trip, I had a wonderful stay at Salotel Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the friendly, helpful staff and prompt service made the experience even better.
