The room itself was in poor shape: the sheets, walls, and toilet were dirty, and the AC and fans stopped whenever the power went out. They have a generator but don't use it. Service was just as bad. Kitchen staff ignored my orders, and I had to call around ten times; even then, the food always took an hour. After early evening, it was hard to get any help at all. When I complained, the workers just smiled and walked away. The manager got arrogant when I raised it with him and did nothing.

There were too many mosquitoes in the room, and the washroom was in bad condition, with no water or sanitation and no sanitary washing supplies. The hotel doesn't seem to be run by people with hospitality experience or training. I wouldn't recommend it.

The floors weren't clean, the rooms and food were both terrible, and the service was just as bad. The owner doesn't know how to treat customers. Don't waste your money or even visit.

I enjoyed dinner, and the food was good. The hotel is near the railway station, and its location is very good. The staff were okay, and the AC room cost 1,500 with GST. The TV worked properly and the washroom was clean. Same rooms observation.

The rooftop restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and a good view over half the city. Food is above average, and the tea is excellent. The receptionists were polite, professional, and very helpful; the rest of the staff are good if you treat them properly. My room service experience wasn't up to the mark: they only mopped the floor and folded the blanket. Towels were changed after I asked, and the paid TV channels weren't available. It's a good option for a stay of a couple of days, and it's very close to the railway station.
