Booking Rooms from pratap international for my guests was one of my worst decisions. There seem to be no managers or functional staff, just one or two people running the place and ignoring every kind of issue. Service is zero.
I was disappointed by the hotel service. The food they served was half-cooked and not good. The bathroom was in very bad condition too, with a shower that didn't work and no hot water when we needed it.
The restaurant has a good range of tasty dishes, although service can be a little slow at busy times. Staff are courteous and serve promptly otherwise, helping guests feel welcome. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the stay is comfortable. The location is handy for major transit points, and the rates are reasonable for the decent amenities. A reliable option for a pleasant stay at Hotel Pratap International in Samastipur.
It was a decent stay, but a lot of things didn't work. There was no Wi-Fi, no TV in the room, and the room phone was out of order. I think they put me in a spare room. The power went out sometimes and they had no backup, and the switches and sockets were faulty. They only take cash, which felt shady.
The staff were very good. Everything was perfect, and I didn't have any problems.
