Mr. Satyendra handled everything so smoothly, and the serving staff were polite and well-behaved. We booked Hotel Kailash Inn for our engagement ceremony, and the arrangements were really nice. The food and music setup were excellent, and everything was well organized. They helped make our special day memorable.

The people here were friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out, and Mr. Vikash and his dedicated team deserve special thanks for their warm welcome and support. I found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and had a really relaxing stay at Hotel Kailash Inn, Samastipur. Khushi Restaurant also stood out: the food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and service was quick. A nice combination of comfort, good food, and great service. Highly recommend it when visiting Samastipur!

There was no response from reception or room service after 9:30 PM, as if the hotel had closed for the night and left guests to manage on their own. My stay at Hotel Kailash Inn was awful. As soon as I entered, the room smelled like a toilet, unbearable. Plaster was peeling off, cracks were visible all over, and the bathroom tiles and fittings were loose or falling apart. It wasn't worth the money, and I'd strongly advise people to stay away.
