The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no cooperation or politeness. Their attitude ruined the stay, and basic courtesy and respect for guests were missing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to train the staff in customer service.
Terrible service, terrible staff behavior, and a terrible room. I wouldn’t choose this hotel. You can find a better one for 1700 INR, even an AC room without using the AC.
Think it over again and again before choosing this hotel. Don’t trust the photos, it was the worst hotel in my view, with outrageous overpricing for the area. Some people stay here because it’s near exam centers, but there are other options. They may be farther away, but they’re good and better than this.
I booked in advance for competitive exams because rooms are hard to get then. The room was only okay, and management should improve the room and restroom ambiance. Being very close to the exam center and highway was the only advantage.
The one real advantage is 24-hour check-in. I paid 1500 for an AC Delux room, but it wasn’t clean, the bathroom was tiny, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. It’s near the NH and a liquor shop, and the nighttime gathering in front of the hotel wasn’t good. It may work for bachelor boys staying one or two days, but I’d tell girls not to book here.
