I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There were no towels or essential toiletries in the room, and the service was poor. The receptionist and manager were unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. We were quoted one rate for the extra bed when we called ahead, but on arrival they charged a higher amount without properly explaining why. The missing basics, service, and misleading information made the stay very unpleasant.

The receptionist lady was arrogant and wouldn't admit the mistake, and our complaints were met with the utmost neglect. Room service wasn't done, and basic toiletries weren't provided. The AC wasn't working properly, and they didn't replace the remote with a functional one. The bed sheets weren't changed, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned daily. A very bad experience for us. I would never recommend this place for a stay.

We stayed here for kle conference and had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rk Renaissance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout, making sure things were comfortable and hassle-free. Excellent service, and highly recommended! 👍

There are food options nearby, and the property is easy to reach in the main city. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the polite, kind staff were very helpful. A wonderful stay altogether.

For the service provided, the rooms are overpriced, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Room service never came once during my stay, and they didn't provide remotes for the AC, which was extremely inconvenient. The staff's attitude was disappointing too, especially the rude, unhelpful receptionist. Poor service and not worth the money.
